We produce OE Equivalent components complying with the rigorous standards of the original parts, with an unwavering commitment to OE quality.
We apply our consolidated expertise in reverse engineering to all our projects, both for the aftermarket and for OE parts. We offer excellent solutions, designed, manufactured and tested at our plant in Collegno (TO).

Present in over 90 countries and on all continents, we are recognised as an international leader in the design, production and distribution of vehicle components.
Our approach relies on four guiding principles: transformation, speed, innovation and ‘FARE’ (the Italian word for DOING).
In Italian, the acronym FARE stands for Focusing, Analysing, Solving, Executing (Focalizzare, Analizzare, Risolvere, Eseguire), but it also refers to the practical act of producing, a vocation that has always distinguished us over the years.
In 2020, we adopted the payoff 'Technology is a part of us' to express the three strengths that propel us into the future every day: technology, as the evolution of processes, techniques and tools; parts, the core of our production; and people ('us'), because human ties have always been the foundation of the relationships that the company establishes internally and externally.
Our pillars
The careful analysis of OE (Original Equipment) components in terms of materials, technical specifications and life cycle enables us to design and build components that ensure high performances and premium quality, at least on a par with original parts.
We are Italian and manufacture Made in Italy parts. Thanks to this deliberate choice, our company has become one of the largest Italian players in the international auto parts market.
As we are and foremost manufacturers, we fully understand the functionality of products already at the design stage. We use Advanced Product Quality Planning Tools and CSR to deliver high performances.
At production stage, we adopt the Kaizen approach, a method based on the concept of continuous improvement through small, constant refinements.
The Kaizen approach involves the entire production process and aims to optimise efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction by focusing on the functional organisation of processes and spaces and promoting a collaborative and constructive working environment.
10% of the Facet plant is dedicated to testing. This is a major investment, but crucial for quality assurance. We perform over 1,400 tests per year, strictly following the manufacturer's specifications and IATF standards.
Customer care is the basis of our approach. Speaking the same language as our customers, understanding their needs and meeting them is essential for us. From sales through customer service to production and logistics, the clear objective is to make our customers happy, meeting their deadlines and requirements.
